This role supports the Director, Member Engagement to ensure a high level of service to Members. The Membership Administrator delivers exceptional service to members, and ensures all queries are resolved quickly, the CEW data base is accurate, and provides reports and data to support the team.

A strong customer service orientation and three plus years of Salesforce experience is required.
