The Lead Aboriginal Cultural Advisor uses their intimate cultural and social knowledge to provide advice, mentoring and education to staff and management across all Congress services and programs. This role is responsible for the continuous improvement of cultural safety, responsiveness and knowledge to foster a strong organisational culture, and optimise health and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal people.
