About the role

The HR Administrator is responsible for providing quality HR systems and process support to CPA managers and employees, triaging and resolving support requests. The role holder is also responsible for overseeing the administration of all essential certificates, registrations, visas and probity checks that area required by employees to ensure legislative, regulatory and CPA policy compliance requirements are adhered to.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to)

  • Providing support, coordination and administration to deliver a range of HR tasks
  • Providing level 1 HR systems support to assist managers and employees in resolving business process issues
  • Triaging and troubleshooting support requests to resolve, escalate and/or re-allocate tickets within agreed service level agreement timelines
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees to effectively use the system, access applicable support resources and build skills & confidence in using the system
  • Coordinating and monitoring CPA's certifications and probity check process
  • Providing high quality customer service for managers and employees using multiple channels including face-to-face, phone, email, online platforms etc

About you

  • 1 - 2 years' experience in administration or HR support
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of programs including Excel
  • Confident in using a range of different business systems
  • Workday experience desirable
