About the role

This role will be supporting employees and volunteers with lived experience to have a really positive recruitment and onboarding experience through the implementation of the Lived Experience Engagement Framework

This is a part-time role 3 days a week for a 12-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

  • Ensuring appropriate recruitment and onboarding processes are in place
  • Coordinating the employee and volunteer documentation process to ensure completion and compliance with organisational requirements
  • Providing excellent customer service engagement with our internal stakeholders including being the first point of contact and ensuring teams understand the Lived Experience Engagement Framework
  • Managing and monitoring systems to support reporting and database management
  • Supporting the collation of reporting data
  • Monitoring and trouble-shooting issues to ensure effective and accurate data flow between the HRIS and online recruitment system.

About you:

  • Lived experience of cerebral palsy or as a family member of someone with cerebral palsy
  • Commitment to the rights of people with disability
  • Previous experience in administration role
  • Well-developed written & verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience with information management systems, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
