We are seeking a full-time Strategic Human Resource Officer who, reporting directly to the Coordinator Corporate Services, will work within a multi-disciplinary team to develop, recommend and implement human resource management policies and provide an effective and responsive consultancy and monitoring service to management and staff. You will assist the Coordinator Corporate Services and other senior management in developing strategies to ensure the effective usage of human resources and the identification of future demands. You will coordinate and implement human resource management systems and practices.
The role requires well-developed strategic planning skills, verbal and written communication skills and organisational skills. Prior experience in the union movement or similar would be highly regarded.
