CRC has an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Assistant to work in our head office in Canterbury. This is a great opportunity to work as a generalist across all areas within the HR function, so lots of variety! Being friendly and enthusiastic and having a good sense of humour will make for a good fit with CRC’s workplace culture. As Human Resources Assistant you will be responsible for providing admin support to the HR Manager. You will be involved in all facets of HR administration across the employee life cycle, so this is a great opportunity to expand on your skills as a HR professional.
You will be professional in your approach with a high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. You will have a can-do approach, adaptability, strong interpersonal skills and respect for all people. You will have a commitment to a diverse workforce and possess a high level of integrity.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work independently, and be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, work within timeframes and possess a high level of self-motivation. You will be approachable and friendly and willing to support others to assist them to do their best work.
Your usual work hours will be Monday to Friday between 9 am-5pm, with occasional out-of-hours work, as required.
