We’re looking for a Central Claims Officer to play an integral role in our Central Claims Team to support our continued growth in employment services that connect more people to meaningful work.

We started nearly 40 years ago helping young people in Country Victoria find apprenticeships and traineeships and now have 128 locations across Tasmania, Victoria and NSW.

Last year we helped 6,446 people find a job.

What we are looking for

• You are a team player who can work in an efficient manner to deadlines and targets with good attention to detail.
• You can carry out your duties in line with the relevant policies and operating procedures.
• You can review outcome evidence submitted by CVGT Australia sites to ensure it meets contractual agreements and guidelines.
• You can provide administrative support to our contractual team and support CVGT Australia sites by offering insights regarding opportunities to maximise performance.
• You have proficient computer skills and experience in data entry, spreadsheets, databases and Word templates.
