• New Job Coach - Guide our participants to seamlessly blend into their new roles and workplace culture.
• Service Star - Deliver top-tier service that leaves both employees and participants feeling valued and supported.
• Claims Connoisseur - Evaluate eligibility with a keen eye and gather the necessary documentation for claims with precision.
• Wage Subsidy Negotiator - Tactfully negotiate and diligently track wage subsidies to ensure timely payments.
• Placement Rescuer - Collaborate with the team to navigate high-stakes placements, salvaging or spinning up new opportunities as needed.
