You will be working with young people aged between 15-24, assessing possible employment barriers, understanding their individual needs and providing intensive pre-employment support to improve participants work readiness.

In a typical week in this job, you are likely to do the following things:

  • Support and motivate a caseload of participants ensuring every encounter is purposeful with the aim to gain sustainable employment.
  • Proactively market participants to employers to find suitable ongoing employment opportunities, with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • Have a track record of meeting or exceeding KPI's and managing client relationships.
  • Demonstrated knowledge or willingness to develop an understanding of contractual requirements
  • Have an understanding of the barriers to employment and labour market challenges experienced by young people
