This is an identified role for First Nations Australians.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and delivering engaging, culturally-appropriate educational content that aligns with curriculum standards
• Facilitating interactive workshops and hands-on activities to inspire a love of learning in students
• Collaborating with schools to understand their unique needs and tailor educational programs accordingly
• Maintaining strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of educational resources and program delivery
• Providing support and mentorship to less experienced team members

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
• Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative educational solutions
• Minimum 2 years experience in an education or training role, preferably within the vocational or community education sector
• Knowledge of curriculum and educational best practices
• Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of students and communities
• Willingness to travel regularly within Queensland, New South Wales and possibly other locations in Australia to deliver programs as needed
