About the role

Dress for Success NSW&ACT (DFS NSW&ACT) is looking for a motivated, creative and experienced Data and Systems Analyst to manage existing systems and streamline processes for more effective data collection and management to support our operations and produce robust data reporting to stakeholders. This role will be responsible for analysing data for reporting purposes and providing training and developing procedures for all staff on using knowledge management systems.

This role is a part-time position working 3 days per week (22.5 hours) with a minimum of 2 days on-site at our office in Summer Hill, Sydney. 

This is a SCHADS Award role, Level 4, Point 1.

This is achieved by providing, free of charge, professional clothing, a network of support, coaching and career development tools to help women achieve self-sufficiency. Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce (CRM) and other data/knowledge management systems, managing user access and ensuring program security and integrity are up to date.
  • Update and improve data content and collection processes that are responsive to client, volunteer and stakeholder requirements.
  • Streamline data collection processes between different systems and programs ensuring they reflect service operation requirements.
  • Contribute to the design of a knowledge management framework for the organisation
  • Develop data report templates for staff, and conduct data analysis and statistical reporting for Board, donor, stakeholder and fundraising purposes.
  • Set up new staff and external users (laptop, systems access)
  • Provide on-the-job systems training to all staff on database and program procedures.
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with external IT providers and contractors.
  • Make decisions or recommendations on IT partnerships, purchases and renewals
  • Support the team with other database and information tasks as required.

Selection Criteria

Essential

  • Previous experience working as a Salesforce Administrator (at least 2 years)
  • Proven experience managing and using database systems and applications
  • Ability to take user requirements and develop systems, tools and procedures that provide solutions.
  • High level Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Previous experience providing on-the-job training on IT processes and procedures
  • Previous experience developing procedures manuals
  • Familiarity with membership and volunteer databases
  • Team player with initiative and creativity
  • Unrestricted rights to work in Australia

Desirable

  • Salesforce Administrator Certificate
  • Experience with systems such as: Pardot, NPSP, PMM, MC, Funraisin, Campaign Monitor, Calendly
  • Previous work experience in/with not-for-profit sector
  • Familiarity with membership and volunteer databases
