Dismantle's mission is to empower WA’s vulnerable young people to overcome socio-inherited hurdles in their critical years, minimising the risk of long-term unemployment and providing fundamental skills and support that lay the foundations for personal growth, independence and long-term success. Some of our programs and initiatives are BikeRescue, BikeRescue Local, ReNew Property Maintenance and BikeDr.

ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

You will help us in specific HR, Admin and business administration support duties for the successful operations of Dismantle and its business units.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Human Resources
    • Provide administrative assistance with hiring, contracts and compliance.
    • Assist in the performance management process and keep up to date records of employees.
    • Maintain and keep up to date employee records, contracts and relevant documentations (police checks, working with children, etc)
  • Administration & Business Management
    • Manage day-to-day administrative functions of the business.
    • Coordinate stakeholder reporting functions.
    • Provide administrative assistance with record keeping related to insurance, assets and general administrative functions
    • Provide administrative assistance with collecting and providing tendering documentation to management
    • Provide administrative assistance for organizational document control
  • Occupational Health & Safety, Policies and Procedures
    • Contribute to the administration of company policies and procedures as the need arises.
    • Assist to monitor and manage compliance of the policies and procedures in consultation with Senior Management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in HR and/or Office Management in previous roles would be preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and a willingness to take direction.
  • High attention to detail and workplace professionalism.
  • Can effective and concisely communicate with customers.
  • Able to work autonomously and diligently, in order to meet weekly and monthly deadlines.
  • A strong ability to maintain company processes and documentation.
  • Willingness to evolve with the company and within the role.
