About the Role

As a Case Manager with our Domestic Violence After Hours Service (DVAHS) you will be responsible for and committed to delivering person centred, strength based case management services within a Human Rights framework.

The Case Manager works directly with women and children who are experiencing domestic and family violence to provide support to access services including safe accommodation, emergency relief and emotional support as directed by the individual and often include making effective referrals to other services.
