We are looking for an Office Manager to support the Chief Executive Officer. The role is a part-time (three days a week) maternity leave position based at our Norwest office, ending 31 August 2023 with a possible extension of contract.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a high capacity Office Manager with previous experience to join our team. The role oversees all aspects of support to the CEO, ranging from diary and office management through to financial reporting. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager who is highly flexible and adaptable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Office Manager is responsible for:

  • Extensive and proactive diary management including setting up meetings and appointments
  • Manage extensive email communication, monitor incoming requests/demands in a timely and effective manner
  • Proactively pre-empt as many next steps/informative requirements for CEO
  • Manage CEO expenses and ensure regular claims and reconciliation of credit cards
  • Office management of the Norwest Head Office
  • Management of donor database monthly financial reporting
  • Minutes of board and team meetings
  • Assistance with grant application writing
  • Management of online and on-site record management and filing systems

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in similar or related role, preferably in a non-profit organisation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
