The Role

As our Revive Operations Manager, you'll spearhead our Revive Enterprises, including:

• Containers for Change
• Revive Store
• Revive Services
• Orange Sky

What You'll Do

• Drive growth and sustainability of Revive Enterprises
• Lead diverse, cross-cultural teams across remote locations
• Manage daily operations and ensure contract compliance
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and community members
• Create job opportunities and support workforce development for local community members

You'll Thrive If You Have

• Executive-level experience in business operations with a focus on project management
• A track record of leading remote teams
• Stellar stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in contract management & negotiations
• Financial and resource management expertise
• Knowledge of waste management regulations
• Strong communication skills

Desired qualifications

• Degree in Business, Environment, or Waste Management
• First Aid Certificate
• Forklift License
• White Card (Construction Induction Training)
