About Us:

Elizabeth Morgan House Aboriginal Women’s Services Inc (EMH) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation governed by an elected Board of Directors, that has been providing Specialist Family Violence services for Victorian Aboriginal women and their children since 1976.

EMH takes direction and works consultatively with the community in all aspects of our services, we are a proud grassroots service and active participation as a sector leader in operation for over 40 years.

EMH provide specialist services to Aboriginal women and their children. Our programs and services are quality assured, accredited and highly respected.

Central to our work and business is the aim to provide advocacy and support for the empowerment of Aboriginal women, children, young people and the wider community.

The range of services we provide is delivered across multiple sites in North and West Melbourne Metro, and includes:

  • Family Violence response including a high security refuge, intake and triage and crisis accommodation for women experiencing Family Violence
  • Specialist cultural case management support in our Family Violence, Justice and Therapeutic services and programs
  • Advocacy and support

About the Role:

Elizabeth Morgan House (EMH) is seeking a Data and Outcomes Lead to co-design and implement systems for monitoring, analysing, and reporting organizational data. This role will drive impact evaluation and identify areas for improvement and expansion.

Data and Outcomes Lead will strengthen EMH’s data systems, oversee all data collection and evaluation projects, and build frameworks for quality measurement. The role involves project management, strategic data analysis, training, and cross-team collaboration, with an emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data, outcomes, and evaluation initiatives across EMH programs and services
  • Design user-friendly reporting and data tools to support service planning, advocacy, and compliance
  • Mentor teams on data collection processes and support knowledge management systems
  • Communicate data insights to staff, management, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain high professional conduct and actively contribute to team morale

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Expertise in data collection, quality management, and reporting in a community services setting
  • Experience with CRM and data knowledge systems
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Remuneration:

  • Salary in line with SCHADS Level 6 ($106,000 - $111,000 p/a)
  • NFP Salary Packaging options to increase your take-home pay
  • Paid ‘Bonus Leave’ over the Christmas-New Year period
