We provide free civil legal advice, representation, and comprehensive support services, promoting gender equality and fighting violence against women. Our advocacy and community education efforts challenge harmful cultural practices and work towards meaningful legal and cultural changes.
We now have a rewarding opportunity available for an experienced Solicitor to take the next step in their career and join the KWILS team to start making a tangible impact throughout the Big Rivers region.
As the next Managing Solicitor at KWILS, you will play a pivotal role in championing justice and empowerment for women in our community. Your leadership will drive the provision of critical legal support, ensuring that women have a trusted partner to navigate complex legal challenges. By spearheading strategic initiatives, mentoring a dedicated team, and collaborating with stakeholders, you will directly contribute to securing women's rights, fostering gender equality, and breaking down barriers to accessing legal services.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to take the next step in their career and start making a difference in the lives of women throughout the Big Rivers region! To be considered for this position, you will need a minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience as a Solicitor, as well as the demonstrated ability to supervise staff.

As our next Managing Solicitor, you will enjoy a competitive Level 7.1 - Level 8.1 salary of circa $110,000 - $120,000 per annum (commensurate with skills and experience) + superannuation.
