About The Role
As the Administration Officer you will support the Recycling Manager with the following tasks:
- Reviewing data entered by site employees to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Managing all invoice processing.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times to internal and external customers.
- Contributing to a positive work environment and safe culture.
- Supporting to Recycling Manager with other administrative tasks as required.
About You
- Demonstrated computer literacy with advanced Excel skills.
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills to develop strong, supportive relationships with diverse groups and deal with sensitive issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, to ensure clear and concise information is developed and presented.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional Administration Assistant role.
- Possession of a current driver’s licence.
- Personal presentation to a high standard.
- Committed to undertaking the relevant Security Check(s) and be issued with and hold a Positive Notice Card during employment with Endeavour Foundation.
