A little bit about the role:

As Endeavour continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor.

The role will:

  • Provide timely and best practice employee relations support and case management of matters such as misconduct, performance management and industrial disputes.
  • Support workplace investigations and recommend actions using appropriate methodologies.
  • Offer expert interpretation on employment regulations, legislation, and awards.
  • Assist leaders to enhance the employee experience and address performance and conduct concerns proactively.
  • Participate in industrial tribunals and prepare responses for Fair Work Commission matters.
  • Analyse data and suggest actions to improve processes and reduce case volumes.
  • Develop relationships with Unions and Industrial relations professionals.
  • Assist with disciplinary and other employee-related correspondence.
  • Provide expertise with developing and delivering tools, education, and upskilling for leaders.

What will you bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience providing advice and consultation on a broad range of employee relations matters including performance management, misconduct and industrial disputes.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Law or Employee Relations.
  • Experience in handling legal matters and drafting responses for organisations of all sizes, including those for the Fair Work Commission.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws such as the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and Modern Award System.
  • Experience in interpreting and working with workplace legislation, Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining ER-related policies, procedures, guidelines, toolkits, and resources.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of diverse cases.
