We are seeking a visionary and innovative transformational leader to join our team as the Stream Lead for Growth and Market Leadership. This is a unique, Full-time, 12-month opportunity to help shape the future of employment opportunities for people with a disability through transforming our organisation, spearheading strategic growth initiatives and significantly enhancing our market presence in delivering outcomes that really make a difference.
Reporting to the General Manager of Transformation and as part of a specialist team of project leaders, you will be responsible for scoping the design of transformational initiatives relating to marketing and growth, service design and program logic. Your role will include developing strategic growth strategies by income type and geography, assessing and selecting commercial sectors for operation, and identifying strategic client targets.
Your leadership in this stream will play a pivotal role in securing the organisation’s future success and sustainability in the Work Division, keeping the client at the centre of all we do.
