We are seeking a visionary and innovative transformational leader to join our team as the Stream Lead for Growth and Market Leadership. This is a unique, Full-time, 12-month opportunity to help shape the future of employment opportunities for people with a disability through transforming our organisation, spearheading strategic growth initiatives and significantly enhancing our market presence in delivering outcomes that really make a difference.

Reporting to the General Manager of Transformation and as part of a specialist team of project leaders, you will be responsible for scoping the design of transformational initiatives relating to marketing and growth, service design and program logic. Your role will include developing strategic growth strategies by income type and geography, assessing and selecting commercial sectors for operation, and identifying strategic client targets.

Your leadership in this stream will play a pivotal role in securing the organisation’s future success and sustainability in the Work Division, keeping the client at the centre of all we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, including market expansion and M&A activities.
  • Marketing and Sales Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive growth and brand recognition.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with high-net-worth individuals, government entities, community groups, and industry leaders to foster strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Change Management: Implement change methodologies and lead organisational transformations to achieve strategic goals.
  • Commercial Acumen: Assess and select commercial opportunities, develop pricing models, and oversee contract negotiations.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Extensive Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leadership roles, ideally in growth and market expansion within human services. Experience managing multi-site or geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strategic Visionary: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive growth.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing, e-commerce strategies, and sales leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional skills in engaging with diverse stakeholders and managing complex relationships.
  • Change Agent: Experience in leading organisational transformations and implementing change methodologies e.g. Agile Methodology would be advantageous.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial sectors and strategic client targeting. Ability to assess and select commercial opportunities that align with organisational goals.
