About The Role

We are looking for a HR Systems Analyst to join our team here at Endeavour. Working with the People Systems Manager, this role will provide system administration support across the organisation’s people systems. You will work collaboratively to support the continued development and enhancement of our people systems and processes, ensuring optimum system functionality is delivered to support People and Wellbeing strategic and operational objectives in a customer centric way.

In addition, you will be responsible for responding to system and process queries and building and providing regular and ad-hoc people data and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders within required timeframes.

Duties include:

  • Support in the administration and continuous improvement of our HRIS (PeopleSoft) and employee experience.
  • Ensure that appropriate data governance processes are in place and that regular data reviews and QA activities are administered to ensure high quality reliable people data.
  • Support the Systems Manager with all enhancement/testing and UAT requirements.
  • Critically evaluate all people data processes and provide recommendations where appropriate to support in continuous improvement with a customer centric lens
  • Build and produce regular people reports, dashboards and management information for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promptly respond to data queries and stakeholder requests, including collating and preparing data and reports in response to ad hoc requests from across the organisation.

About You:

  • HR experience in large/ complex organisation
  • Confident learning new systems and working with data (Intermediate MS Excel skills)
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. ICT/ Payroll, Vendors)
  • Previous experience with our HRIS(PeopleSoft) would be bonus!
