Role Overview

Reporting to Head of People, Culture & Capability, The Learning and Development Partner will play a lead role in organisational capability development by designing and delivering innovative L&D initiatives across EWON. This role will focus on fostering individual and leadership capability development, creating progression pathways, and leading diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Program Management: Lead the design, facilitation, and management of comprehensive learning programs.
  • Resource Development: Create tools and templates supporting leadership and professional development.
  • Learning Embedment: Coach and support teams to integrate learning into daily operations effectively.
  • Training Calendar and Compliance: Collaborate on yearly training schedules and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • LMS Administration: Manage the Learning Management System, design learning experiences, and oversee content.
  • Succession Planning: Develop programs identifying and nurturing future leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Organisational Development: Coordinate engagement surveys, manage performance cycles, and implement change initiatives.
  • Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Design initiatives fostering an inclusive culture of respect and equity.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organisational Development, or related field.
  • Previous senior L&D/HR generalist experience.
  • Experience in designing and delivering impactful L&D programs.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning principles and HR/L&D trends.
  • Proficiency in LMS administration and data analysis.
  • Instructional design experience is advantageous.
