Remote / Work from Home
A unique opportunity exists to join one of Australia’s most well respected and fastest growing international development organisations – The Fred Hollows Foundation. Working across 26 countries, our vision is for a world where no one is needlessly blind, and Indigenous Australians enjoy the same health and life expectancy as other Australians.
Working as part of our supportive global People and Organisational Development team, you will be responsible for the coordination of our global end to end recruitment initiatives. We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of recruitment, talent and capability support to our global people managers, as well as designing and implementing effective global practices.
We are seeking someone who is keen to learn and develop new skills within a complex global environment. Your ability to work in a team and to deal confidently with a range of people, cultures, situations and multiple deadlines will be critical to your success. Your ability to establish and maintain key relationships will be your strength - developing strategies and resources to influence, persuade and build the confidence of key stakeholders internally, mostly in a virtual environment. Your proactive mindset, continuous improvement focus and interest in understanding technology and systems are all key skills for this role.
