This is an exciting opportunity to join Fighting Chance and our growing Accommodation team. Reporting to the GM Manager - Accommodation, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for a broad range of HR generalist functions including recruitment, employment contracts, compliance checks, payroll set-up and other related HR administrative duties.
This is an interesting and varied position, which needs a real people person (there's a lot of human reality in HR!) who is looking to build their career in HR and wants to put their administration and organisational skills to good use. You will be part of building a great team of support workers that enable our housemates to live independently, in the accommodation setting of their choice.
