The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner to join our engaging and supportive team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining effective employee and industrial relationships, ensuring compliance with legislative standards, and supporting various HR initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner and collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and develop strategies for improving workforce engagement.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts.
  • Develop and implement plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Manage and support performance management processes, including reviews, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage employee data and significant dates within the HR Management System (HMS).

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR proven experience, preferably in a business partner role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  • Membership with AHRI and AHRI CPHR certification preferred.
  • Driver’s License
  • NDIS Clearance
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Strong experience in employee and industrial relations, with a focus on creating a positive workplace culture.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills
