We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead our dedicated team through an exciting period of transformation. Following the Victorian Government's announcement on January 28, 2023, to implement the final recommendations of the Royal Commission into Family Violence, our program is continuing to implement changes to enhance our services and support systems. Your leadership will be crucial in driving innovative approaches and ensuring the successful implementation of these critical reforms.
The Program Manager for Domestic and Family Violence's role and purpose besides navigating the Royal Commission reforms for the sector is to manage the human and financial resources within the Domestic and Family Violence suite of programs and to deliver the strategic objectives and milestones for the program. The Program Manager is responsible for recruitment, performance and compliance and has overall accountabilities for all contracts, service level agreements and/or MOU's.

*A requirement of your role is to travel between our offices and other locations. As a result, you will be provided a fleet motor vehicle by Gateway Health. Use of the motor vehicle includes private use. Any FBT liability arising from private use of the vehicle will be paid by the employee.
