This position provides an exciting opportunity to play an important role in supporting Good Shepherd ANZ governance approach as well as supporting development of our next organisation-wide Strategic Plan. In this unique and dynamic position, the Company Secretary has a joint purpose: Develop a best practice structure for Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand’s (GSANZ) and Good Shepherd Services (GSS) Board governance; and support the CEO in relation to high level executive, secretariat and project services including providing strategic advice, managing communications, and implementing strategies to support the achievement of GSANZ Strategy.
You will bring a practical, pragmatic and solution-focused mindset, combined with strong organisational skills, issues management expertise, and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
