The Manager Inclusion & Cultural Safety will provide advice on Diversity & Inclusion program planning & implementation, client participation, and partnering with priority population groups, particularly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, migrant and refugee women and communities, people with disabilities and LGBTQIA+ people.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and support the implementation of an organisation-wide Diversity and Inclusion Plan and strategy by leading a range of diversity and Inclusion Initiatives, focusing on Reconciliation Action Plan, Rainbow Tick expansion and Improvements to cultural safety for clients and workforce.
