Role Purpose

The Senior Manager of Integrated Services is accountable for implementing and operationalising existing and new integrated service models. These programs and services aim to deliver evidence-based, trauma informed, client-centric, and ecologically focused services to women, girls, children, youth, and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of an integrated, place-based strategy alongside senior leaders, emphasising client-centricity, ecological integration, and community co-delivery.
  • Take a strategic approach to contract management, ensuring programs meet or exceed Funder expectations and requirements.
  • Provide effective people leadership, cultivating a positive team culture, and fostering professional development and growth among team members.
  • Implement strategies to enhance teamwork, communication, and collaboration within the team.
  • Collaborate with the GM Integrated Place Based Services to contribute to robust evaluation mechanisms for measuring the tangible impacts of place-based integrated services, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assist in communicating progress, successes, and challenges to senior leadership, stakeholders, and the community, promoting transparency and accountability.

About you

  • Formal qualification in Social Work, Health Services, Psychology or other relevant discipline, and evidence of Registration where applicable.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a leadership role within family violence services, with responsibility for managing high risk family violence programs is essential.
  • Relevant experience in a leadership role responsible for Program service delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing staff, including practice supervision, recruitment and managing individual key performance indicators.
