This is a senior position within the overall Human Resources team and is part of an energetic Leadership team, reporting through to the General Manager of Human Resources. The leader is responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of HR including systems and operations, talent development and acquisition, employee lifecycle, employee experience, people management and reporting.
The incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of the Human Resources Operations Strategy. This comprehensive strategy aims to mitigate risk, foster strategic business growth, allow the fluid transfer of data/information between areas/ systems, and enable the broader GSANZ business to support key stakeholders.
With a strong focus on talent acquisition and development, the Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring Good Shepherd employee’s (in conjunction with the Senior Leadership team) progress through an engaging and information rich onboarding process, with access to learning that advances their skills, knowledge and experience at Good Shepherd. Operationalise the HR strategy across multiple pillars including Leadership Capability, Training & Development, Talent, Retention, Workforce Planning (Data and Dashboards) and HR Policies & Procedures.
