Habitat for Humanity is a global not-for-profit provider of housing for low-income families in need. Established in 1976, Habitat for Humanity has changed the lives of people all over the world. Today, Habitat for Humanity works in thousands of communities around the world and has built, rehabilitated and repaired over one million homes, helping more than 59 million people. We are an inclusive workplace and believe that people should be employed on the basis of merit. Our vision is a world where everyone has a safe and decent place to live.
In Australia, Habitat supports vulnerable families through the building and repair of homes and domestic violence refuges, construction training for women and providing subsidised rentals to vulnerable families. Our services include various volunteering programs for corporates, schools and individuals, disaster recovery assistance and partnerships to provide and improve housing solutions.
It is an exciting time at Habitat for Humanity Australia (HFHA). Our three-year strategy will support our ambitious goal of increasing our impact in Australia and throughout the Asia Pacific region. This will only happen through new innovations, new ways of thinking and the right people. We will shortly be located in a fantastic space based at UTS in Haymarket.
HFHA supports flexible working practices. This role is a part-time two day a week role.
The Direct Marketing Administrator will support the objectives of the fundraising team by ensuring best practice processes are followed and donor and volunteer data is well managed and maintained. The successful applicant will play a key role in contributing to HFHA’s strategic fundraising and volunteering objectives, including the implementation and evaluation of direct marketing campaigns such as donation appeals and domestic and overseas volunteering.
Assist the Direct Marketing Manager in the implementation of direct mail and online appeals, including the exporting of data and preparation of materials.
