About the role

This exciting and fundamental role sits within the People and Culture Division, and reports directly to the Manager of Corporate Services. The Corporate Services Advisor joins a highly skilled team providing quality services to staff, visitors and stakeholders. The Corporate Services responsibilities include reception, travel booking, event administration and property management, work is highly varied with plenty of opportunity for development and growth in the role.

A typical week in the Corporate Services Advisor role could include;

  • Supporting the delivery of an internal event for headspace staff
  • Coordinating travel bookings across Australia supporting the team in delivery of service
  • Answering queries from a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Responding to and reviewing property maintenance requests and functions
  • Supporting the Manager of Corporate services with lease and property management for our sites across Australia
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects across a range of business areas
  • Support the continued development of efficient and effective processes

Who we're looking for

To be successful in this role you will be proactive, have exceptional interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail. You will have demonstrated experience in a professional administrative position, and a proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will also have;

  • A combination of relevant experience and education/training in a professional administrative position
  • Experience in the organisation of general office functions and processes
  • Ability to work in a productive environment with time pressures whilst managing multiple tasks
  • Advanced computer skills including word, spreadsheets and database applications
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a productive team member
  • Strong alignment with the values of the organisation under The headspace Way
