Alkira is an NDIS registered community organisation that proudly provides a range of services to support adults with an intellectual disability and their families. We enrich the lives of and challenge individuals to be a part of their community in the eastern metropolitan suburbs of Melbourne.
Alkira offers specialist disability accommodation, supported independent living in people’s homes, short term accommodation, group programs, individual programs, further study for school leavers, work opportunities, holiday experiences, and support coordination.
The newly created role of People, Culture & Learning (PCL) Business Partner, will play a key role in driving the ongoing transformation and success of Alkira’s people, through effective partnering with our people leaders and championing our values and expected behaviours.
Working closely with the GM PCL in a small but effective team, you will work independently to foster strong relationships and enable both strategic and operational outcomes. With a proven senior HR generalist focus, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of people related activities across the employee life-cycle.
A hands-on partner, you will provide both strategic and operation advice and work to deliver practical solutions to address diverse employee and organisational needs. You will also work closely with leaders across the business to implement HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture. You will be the go-to partner with the opportunity to shape and influence a wide range of HR functions to meet the needs of the business.
