We have an exciting Peer Support Worker opportunity. Are you passionate about using your own lived experience to assist vulnerable people navigating housing and mental health systems & support? Join our Pathways program shaping a new navigation function, enabling access to long term housing.
Our Pathways program provides transitional supported shared accommodation for people with a mental health condition and/or psychosocial disability and facilitates their transition into long-term housing. As a Peer Navigator, you will provide peer support and service navigation to people with lived experience of houselessness and complex needs.
We have two 12-month positions available – one Full-time (5 days, 38 hours) and one Part-time (4 days, 0.7 FTE). The roles are based in our Surry Hills office, with some flexibility for hybrid work depending on work requirements. Remuneration starts from $37.35 per hour ($73,804 per annum full-time) plus leave loading, superannuation & salary packaging, in line with the Level 3 SCHADS Award.
