The Corporate Engagement Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of a team focused on delivering partnership outcomes that improve the health of people across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project manage the administration and delivery of partnership plans, tasks and contractual deliverables.
• Assist with the creation of stewardship materials and engagement plans for corporate supporters.
• Support the Head of Strategic Partnerships to ensure compliance with all corporate best practices and procedures, and create initiatives that improve processes.
• Nurture strong relationships with workplace giving supporters to create customised initiatives that align with their corporate social responsibility goals.
• Monitor and report on the performance of workplace giving programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Provide administrative support and apply a solutions-focused mindset to make recommendations for improvement across the partnerships program to drive efficiencies.
• Collaborate across the team to contribute to the delivery of wider organisational goals.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven success supporting a team with responsibilities across project coordination, customer service, and the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a drive and genuine enthusiasm to help others.
• Accurate reporting capabilities and the ability to analyse information to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and relate well with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, continuous development, and knowledge sharing with the drive to make an impact across health-focused programs on a national scale.
