As the Partnerships Specialist, you will oversee regular corporate product donations, cultivate strong relationships with existing corporate partners and ensure efficient coordination of product logistics, while providing administrative support to the Partnership team.

  • Hybrid working from the Good360 ReDistribution Centre in Smithfield on Tuesday and Thursday.
  • A 12-month contract, full-time role with possibility to extend.

Impact you will have in this role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate, collaborative and high performing partnerships team.

You will oversee regular corporate product donations, cultivate robust relationships with existing corporate partners, efficiently coordinate product logistics, and provide vital administrative support to the team.

In this role, you will contribute to Good360's mission of reducing waste and meeting needs by ensuring essential goods reach Australians in need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with regular corporate product donors, acting as the primary contact
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their donation capabilities and align them with the needs of Good360’s network of charity and disadvantaged school recipients
  • Develop and execute donation plans to ensure a consistent flow of products to meet ongoing demand
  • Track and analyse key metrics related to product donations
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting the success and impact of donation programs
  • Use data insights to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Foster strong communication with partners, charities, and internal teams
  • Advocate for Good360's mission and communicate our impact to partners and the community

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in partnership coordination, account management, administration or a similar role
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on responsive engagement and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of organisational and time management skills with the ability to work across multi priorities and timeframes
  • The ability to work autonomously and proactively in a small, fast paced team
  • A professional, friendly, committed and enthusiastic approach to your work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • A genuine passion for social impact and an alignment with Good360's mission
