Our client, a leading youth and community based charity serving communities all over Australia, is seeking a part-time (0.5 or 0.6 FTE) People Operations Manager for a 12-month fixed term role. This client has offices across Australia - This role could be located anywhere within Australia.

Key focus areas of this role include:

  • Implementing key HR initiatives
  • Monitoring people and culture risks during significant organisational changes
  • Refining employee cycle and performance management processes
  • Building management capability during a period of organisational transition (Transitioning to a national management structure)

Key requirements of this role include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in senior HR roles, with expertise in HR strategy development, organisational development, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, including employee lifecycle management, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive organisational change.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young people and their communities.

The client provides services that make a real and tangible difference in the lives of young people and communities across Australia, along with a positive and supportive working culture, meaningful work and a remote working environment.

There would be the occasional requirement for domestic travel.

The FTE salary for this role is up to $120K + Super + NFP Salary Packing.
