As the Manager of People and Culture you will have accountability for the strategic deliverables of the people function, working closely with people leaders and the executive leadership team. You will lead a dedicated and high performing generalist people function with the opportunity to shape the future direction for the team.

Based at our Deer Park campus and working across all IPC locations in the West, this position is a Full-Time, Ongoing role and is classified as Grade 6 (HS6) (above award) under the HEALTH AND ALLIED SERVICES, MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATIVE WORKERS (VICTORIAN STAND-ALONE COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES (MULTI EMPLOYER) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2022 – 2026
