To proactively build JCAL employer and industry contacts and relationships to identify and help other consultants achieve successful employment/work experience placements.
The role encompasses proactive promotion of JCAL services, establishing JCAL offerings in both its core candidate/recruitment services and in supporting JCAL NDIS services.
Alongside their responsibilities for building and maintaining a strong network of supportive local employers, there is also the direct responsibility for proactive community engagement. This involves allocating sufficient time and resources to ensuring that all relevant community-based organisations are aware of JCALs programs.
