VACRO is an independent non-profit organisation working with people caught in the criminal justice system and their families. Founded in 1872, we are Victoria’s oldest and only specialised criminal justice reintegration service. We provide reintegration, family, and employment support that enables people to create new beginnings for themselves and their families.
Join our committed, passionate VACRO team who work with clients with complex needs. This diverse role requires an experienced HR professional to manage the strategic direction of the HR function whilst also overseeing and managing HR services and processes. Your natural abilities to engage and energise people through consultative and collaborative processes will be highly valued in creating and implementing people-related strategy as well as advising and supporting Managers on HR issues. Lead HR strategy and exciting strategic people projects to strengthen our culture and how we work.
