ADFNSW which operates Kathleen York House, seeks dynamic individuals to be part of its multidisciplinary team. Kathleen York House is an abstinent based residential treatment facility for women, and women with children, experiencing drug and alcohol and mental health issues. The service offers a unique opportunity for women suffering from addiction issues to seek assistance and improve their quality of life.
To provide case management; group facilitation; program administration; and, formal and informal support to Kathleen York House Clients and their children.
