Position: HR Coordinator

Since 2004, L4Life has offered essential ABA-based services to autistic children in Victoria, Australia, regardless of financial status. Role Summary:

As our HR Coordinator, you will support vital HR functions, working directly under the CEO to enhance our workforce and aid strategic HR directions. Your role guarantees efficient HR operations, from recruitment to induction, while handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Maintain HR database confidentially and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues professionally and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with CEO and stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on HR matters
• Stay informed on legislation and changes in industrial relations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, business, or similar, or equivalent vocational experience.
• Grounded experience in HR coordination/administration.
• Proficiency in HR legislation, employee relations, and communication.
• Hold a valid driver's license, National Police Clearance, Victorian Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance.
