We are looking for a caring, compassionate, and genuine Manager of Human Resources to join our team at Learning for Life Autism Centre, Inc. (L4Life), a small business with 50 employees.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to staff development and compliance.

Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support for HR operations, maintaining accurate HR databases, and resolving employee inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and key stakeholders to provide valuable insights and recommendations on HR matters.

As the HR Manager, you will stay up-to-date with all relevant legislation, industrial relations, and award changes to ensure that our HR practices are compliant and aligned with current regulations. You will also coordinate and manage HR functions to meet compliance requirements, particularly in relation to NDIS regulations, ensuring that all policies and practices adhere to industry standards.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing staff requirements in accordance with industry awards to guarantee fair and consistent treatment of employees. You will also coordinate training and development programs to enhance the professional growth and skill development of our team members.

In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our HR processes and practices. Your valued input and support will be crucial in the continuous growth and success of L4Life.
