The McGrath Foundation is a loved and trusted Australian brand funding 171 incredible McGrath Breast Care Nurses across Australia. These nurses provide life-changing care and support for families going through Breast Cancer.

We are looking for a maximum-term team member for a 12-month Parental Leave cover period who will be responsible for looking after our Individual Giving Programs.

If successful, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the implementation and improvement of individual giving programs, with the aim of maximising revenue, return on investment and an engaged donor base
• Developing and overseeing regular and single giving donor acquisition, retention and growth strategies
• Supporting and leading the Donor Services Officers, ensuring excellent Donor care
• Managing external suppliers and their fundraising teams to deliver high quality programs that protect the McGrath Foundation brand and reputation
• Ensuring donor records are accurate and up-to-date within our SRM environment
