The role:

  • HR advice to people leaders across the employee life cycle
  • Craft job ads to attract talent and support the recruitment process
  • Prepare contracts of employment in line with EBAs and legislation
  • Deliver innovative process improvement initiatives that add value
  • Providing advice on HR and payroll related enquiries to all employees

Your demonstrated talent acquisition/recruitment experience will enable you to hit the ground running! Experience in a similar process driven administrative role with high level attention to detail.

About you

  • A team player who builds strong trusting relationships
  • Expertise to support leaders to attract talent for a range of roles
  • Experience and knowledge of human resources/recruitment
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Human resources or equivalent qualification (desirable)
  • Experience working with the Health industry (desirable)
  • Experience with SAP systems or similar (desirable)
