We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at Momentum Collective in Tweed. As a Case Manager Domestic & Family Violence, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals and families affected by domestic and family violence. This is a maternity leave cover, full time fixed term role to June 2026.
You are an experienced Case Manager with a background in Domestic and Family violence. Working with the understanding of trauma informed care, you are compassionate, have high problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with other service providers to deliver a holistic service.
This position is an identified Aboriginal position and therefore Aboriginality is a requirement of the job as well as cultural association with one or more of the local Aboriginal communities.
