Midland Women's Health Care Place is a not-for-profit, charitable organisation, providing subsidised, professional, individualised and groups counselling services to women who have experienced or are experiencing perinatal or postnatal depression, family violence trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss. A range of therapeutic health and well-being group activities proved a safe, soft entry point for health promotion, education, skills development, fitness and engagement.

We are currently seeking an experienced Part Time Receptionist. You must be highly organised, comfortable with learning new technology, discrete and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people including employees, clients, family members, carers and other stakeholders.

It is an essential requirement of this role to have empathy, be non-judgemental, engaging, friendly and able to work in a diverse environment with demonstrated experience in a similar role.

In addition you will need:

  • Completion of high school or TAFE Certificate III in Business Administration and/or experience as a receptionist and office administrator.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Police clearance obtained in last 3 months
  • Working rights within Australia (Citizen, Permanent Resident or Appropriate visa)
  • Working With Children check (or ability to obtain one)
  • Driving Licence
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination & Booster as mandated by the WA State Government.
