The Position

We are thrilled to introduce a newly created role within our Partnerships team: the Partnerships Coordinator. This role is crucial for managing customer accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery, and identifying growth opportunities. You'll work closely with the Partnerships Manager to drive commercial growth and deliver outstanding service to our customers.

As a Partnerships Coordinator, you'll engage with a diverse portfolio, gaining experience across different industries and company sizes. You'll handle a variety of projects, from collaborating with well-known brands on co-packing campaigns to supporting growing e-commerce customers with their new product ranges.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of active customers.
  • Oversee daily account activities, including handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and meeting service needs.
  • Conduct regular reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for service enhancement and growth.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, updates, and changes to customer accounts.

Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders:

  • Report to the Partnerships Manager on key metrics and customer relationships.
  • Work closely with General Manager – Employment, Production Coordinators and the Operations Manager to communicate project details and resolve any issues affecting project execution and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts team on billing matters, onboarding new customers, and managing any aged debtors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 12 months’ experience in account management, sales or customer service.
  • Proven track record in managing customer relationships and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Skills and Attributes

  • Customer and solution focused with a proactive approach to managing and resolving account issues.
  • Confident communicator and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meticulous and highly organised in administration and coordination.

All applicants must hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and obtain a Working with Children Check prior to employment.

All relevant staff must provide evidence of unrestricted Australian residential and working visa.
