  • Classification: SCHADS Level 7 with a salary range of $115,181 - $119,983 per annum pro rata + Superannuation

  • Location: Head Office, however remote or hybrid working arrangements will be considered

About your new role

Reporting to the National Practice Lead, the Practice Lead provides practice leadership and expertise in supporting the delivery of a great consumer experience and impact through cross discipline and discipline-specific implementation and integration of evidence-based practice.

What you will bring to the role

  • Formal clinical qualification (e.g., Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse, Clinical Social Worker, Occupational Therapist) and evidence of current professional registration/membership with the relevant governing body (e.g., AHPRA, AASW).
  • Clinical and applied experience and skills in mental health services including discipline-specific and practice leadership experience and skills at a senior level
  • Integration and practice knowledge/experience within Primary Mental Health systems and lived experience work force
  • Understanding and application of clinical governance, risk management, evaluation, quality improvement, policy, standards, and accreditation frameworks
  • Knowledge and application of frameworks for Credentialing and Scopes of Practice
